Jake was out hiking about 10 days ago and jumped down onto a rock and landed funny, or not so funny. Emergency room visit put him in a boot and then at the follow up visit to the Orthopedic clinic they put him in a cast. They could not determine if a bone was broken or not so the cast is more out of precaution. He has the cast for about two weeks, then they will take it off and x-ray again. Jake is being a good sport and is still out playing football the best he can, kind of hobbling around.
