If you're having trouble figuring out why this picture was posted, look closely near the bottom center. There are two adults standing on the ice adrift. They had set out together to do a little ice skating when a tug boat came through and in a single pass completely broke up the sheet of ice. This picture was taken by the rescuers who came in a helicopter. Winter skating is popular among enthusiasts, but obviously this ice hadn't passed the tug boat test yet. Bummer.
