Winter has turned the corner to the point we have had some 70F (21C) degree days. Flowers have been in bloom for a couple weeks, so we were surprised last week to look out and see snow, yet again. Sam did not think twice and wanted to build a snowman. We managed to scrape together enough snow to make one. It's a good thing we reinforced it with sticks because it was warm enough outside that most of the snow was melted by morning. I think the snow man had all but melted by the next afternoon. I remember picking up the scarf out of the yard. Of course, that may have also been after the boys tackled it. Good riddance.
